With the development of Internet and related technology, the tradition C/S model appears obviously not to meet the development requirement of modern enterprise application. The original computer architecture has developed from the 2-tier architecture to the N-tier architecture. Currently, because of its obvious advantages, N-tier architecture has already become a standard of structuring enterprise application. However, at present, the enormous and complex N-tier architecture has some problems, such as low efficiency of development, being difficult to be transplanted, updated and reused.On the basis of studying deeply Web services on .NET framework, referring to current popular framework technology in Java environment, combining with oriented object persistent technology mechanism to develop oriented service, N-tier enterprise application system framework on .NET, the framework spurns the defect of traditional C/S model, has clear layer structure, establishes the O/R mapping, manipulates directly relation database with oriented object.In the paper, At first, it establishes the research content and describes simply the technology related to subject. Secondly, it describes the development phase of distributed system, from traditional C/S model to current N-tier model, and analyses their disadvantage. Based on deeply analysing and comparing to current available distributed object technology, emphasizes the advantage of Web Service and introduces .NET framework and Web service in particular. And more, it introduces the oriented-object persistent technology, mainly describes O/R mapping and NHibernate technology on .NET and explains how to develop system with the technology, and combines with the implement of Wuhan Lanyan corporation gas management system, explains the framework's architecture in detail and relation among layers, simply describes the course of system implement. Finally, analyses the advantage and disadvantage of the system as the summary of the full paper.
