For the remote attendance check of mobile terminal being used in attendancechecking market, face recognition technology as matured ID recognition technologyis applicable to mobile attendance checking terminal. At present, some governmentdepartments should supervise the architectural construction, including the workingstaff’s attendance checking, but the attendance machines can not be set up in outdoorarchitectural construction, so the mobile attendance check is suitable for use in theconstruction field without increasing the labor management cost.Based on a profound study of the current situation and problems of mobileattendance checking technology, the thesis has a profound study of face recognition’sstrength and weakness, and has a feasibility analysis of face recognition used inmobile attendance checking project. Meanwhile, combing with the attendance checkprogram, the thesis analyzes the main algorithm of machine face check andrecognition, and choose the right algorithm. The study involves the Android operatingsystem and related technology of Open CV picture database.The creativity of the study is the program design target of mobile attendancecheck in architectural construction. Users are initiators who start the assignment ofattendance checking. When the check ends, the connection to the server was cutimmediately so as to avoid the leak of users’ location and protect their privacy. Withthe application of the OpenCV face recognition technology to Android client, users’identification can be recognized. The design program is a complete solution includingthe client, the design and the optimization of server. In addition to the specific target,the thesis design program can be extended to more general situation, such as theattendance check of employees on business trip in different places.At the last part of the thesis,20people are selected to try the mobile faceattendance check according to a workable version from the research. The test figuremeets the expectation of the design program. The recognition pass rate has reachedmore than99%with the users’ cooperation in indoor or outdoor illuminationenvironment. Therefore, the design program has practical value.
