Along with the development of economy and society,the overall quality of talent has greatly attracted people's attention.Deepening education reform, promoting quality education,fostering the talents of overall quality are the requirements of the time,and the needs of the situation,however,how to fulfill the quality plans of middle students in the education progress,to correctly understand the connotation of the quality education,and to evaluate the overall quality of middle students have become a common concern of society-wide.From the current secondary education,the promotion of quality education has entered a new higher level,but the quality evaluation of middle students also appeared weak comparatively,and this problem has affected the promotion of the quality education of middle students.Therefore,establishing scientific and practical evaluation quality system,not only be able to better measure the development of individual and to encourage students to make a progress,and also to make the quality education of middle students more focused,active and effective.This paper studied on the current problem of the overall quality education of middle students carefully,based on the training objectives and aims of middle students education,and collected,collative,processed,and analyzed with the information of students systematically,scientifically and comprehensively,referred to The Concept and evaluation principles of the Multiple Intelligences Theory, combined with the requirements of Ministry of Education and Beijing Municipal Education Commission about the overall quality of middle students,then set up a scientific and rational evaluation system for the overall quality of middle students, use the method of multi-layer fuzzy evaluation to build a feedback and incentive reward model,and build the actual evaluation system,in order to make accurate value judgment along with the development and changes of students.The main work of research included: (1) through the cognition an analysis of the quality of middle students,combined with the requirements of Ministry of Education and Beijing Municipal Education Commission about the overall quality of middle students,to carry out the exploratory research,and to use the method of 360°feedback evaluation to obtain the target System through interviews,surveys,access information,and build a reasonable system-level indicators.(2) This paper used the multi-level fuzzy analysis method witch have a higher reliability and a minimum of uncertainties,combined with the different focused on quality and the quality requirements of current middle students,to determine the weight and check the consistency.(3) Carefully studied the practical of the method of fuzzy multi-level,and constructed the feedback reward model for all,put forward seven one level evaluating index module as moral quality,civic attainment,personality development and so on,on this foundation to build secondary and tertiary evaluating index to evaluate,so that each student's personality development can be fully affirmed and encouraged.(4) This paper improved the reviews written system,and proposed to use of descriptive,evaluative,and incentive language to evaluate students achievement and development trends,to avoid teachers giving students size-fits-all remarks,this reflected the thought of human nature and the development of evaluation,not only to provide a scientific basis for students evaluation,but also can motivate students progress.
