| Telecommunications industry is the basic industry of informatization,which is the foundation of every walk of life.With the development of the telecommunications industry,the information which is needed to be managed is increasing.However,the phenomenon of obstruction in communication and information exchange is still serious at present,which is due to bad communication in every project business.One way to solve this problem is to enforce the management,the other way is to provide corresponding technical platform imminently.As the representative of telecommunications industry,China Unicorn is also faced with the problem which is desperate for a project management system with process.Workflow is a new hotspot in the area of computer application now,which is effective means in enterprise business process modeling,optimization,process administration and integration,and finally solving the problem that information is blocked in large and medium-sized enterprises.Through the development of China Unicorn Project Management System by Neusoft,the thesis studies workflow in telecommunications industry application deeply in China.In order to solve the problem that the obstruction in communication and information exchange exist in business information management in telecommunications industry,we have done further study on the theories of workflow and workflow reference model,and bring forward a design proposal of China Unicorn Project Management System based on workflow and finish the system design and realizing.The main study contents of this thesis are as follows:â‘ Doing researches on the theories on workflow and workflow reference model.â‘¡Analysing the functional requirement of China Unicorn Project Management System and making models of correlative business process.â‘¢Designing the 3-tier structured system framework based on struts,spring IOC and AOP transaction handling.â‘£Designing and implementing work list,process monitoring and rights management module which is related with system process business.The application of workflow technology in the telecommunication business management system is very important since it can not only significantly improve operation efficiency of telecom enterprises and make them more competitive,but also is a driving force of the application of workflow in Chinese telecommunications industry,which makes development of informationization moving forward in telecommunications industry in China. |
