The Research And Realization Of Antenna Controller Hardware System

Nowadays,along with the development of shipping,satellite communication technology is becoming a very important communicating approach.It will be used more and more frequently for the real-time communication between mobile ships,vehicles and satellite.It would provide a huge market for the satellite communication equipments and their power supplies.Based on the "Antenna controller" and "RF and switches design" projects,our research is to realize the detection and optimization of antenna controller,and to accomplish the switching circuit for satellite communication equipments.Since the hardware design of antenna controller is already finished,what need to be done is its detection and optimization.The main task is the detection of power circuit, CPU and its peripheral circuit,engine control and sensor circuit,among which,the acceleration sensor's data reliability is crucial to the system.In this case,the main task is to accomplish the software computing and optimization.Our secondly task is the power switching circuit design and RF circuit hardware design.According to the power switching standard and the working environment in the sea,we proposed a power switching plan.Our power switching circuit uses DC/DC transformation,select different impulse width modulation based on the current control mode.The chip for power switch is UC2843A,and the peripheral circuit is also based on it according to the requirement.It is important for us to take the working environment into consideration when it comes to equipments choosing.RF circuit will provide 30.5V DC,overlapping to the RF signal for the antenna system,using a single wire for both power supply and signal transmitting.At last,we put the power switch and RF circuit onto an single PCB.The signal shielding effect by the shell is considered during the design.So,the power switch and RF circuit hardware design are accomplished.This project provides a solution for the detection and optimization of antenna controller and RF circuit module.This is a relatively complete prototype of antenna controller,which forms an excellent foundation both for further satellite communication system research and for our self-produced maritime satellite mobile equipments.
