Since for ages, most of the mine high voltage support system are adopted 6Kv power over energy ,but recent years ,with the development of highly output, highly efficient technologies ,with the widely adopted of a large number of heavy excavated equipments and high power lifting services ,especially the dramatically increase in load under the well and the usage of 10 KV high pressure motors ,10KV high voltage supply has gradually become dominant power supply for coal mining power supply system.The upgrade of voltage level doesn't promote the performance of switch packages,before the national integrated design of a new generation 10Kv high automatic switch didn't start , normally all the switches manufacturer only refit the high automatic switch from 6Kv to 10 KV pressure mutual inductance device and refit the display in voltage from 6Kv to 10 KV in protector .Because of the size and cubage of switches doesn't change so much, upgrade of voltage level will create serious interfere problems of protector. There are two main reasons. Firstly, when the 10Kv high pressure motor start up, the rate of false action caused by automatic switch protector(ASP) will raise dramatically; secondly, at moment of on/off switch, great electromagnetic flux induced in the ASP cause damage.This project has been demanded by JiYuan high pressured mine switch LTD. This thesis gives the ideas of low cost, completed feature, 10KV EPIIPC (explosion prevented intelligence integration protector controller), based on the advanced study about the high voltage power network under well. The core of EPIIPC is the 51 series microcontrollers, which automatic detect the error signal of the circuit, like short circuit, overload, high voltage, low voltage, current leakage etc. Meanwhile it monitors and tests the insulation level of high voltage cable, with convenience two variable key setting and full Chinese version LCD display features. Moreover, the EPIIPC functions properly and stably under well due to the reasonable electrical circuit design and very strong anti-jamming design.This design successfully solves the directionally power current leakage fault action and reject action, and makes it working in both neutral point non-grounded and grounded through resistors or coils under compensate systems and over compensate systems.
