With the rapid development of network technology and advanced manufacturing technology, The changes of NC Service System which is the important component of manufacturing cell are also taking place. Today when information technology and computer network technology develop swiftly, traditional organizational structure are relatively fixed, manufacturing resource are relatively concentrated, manufacturing featured by product-oriented have not been adapted to it. Web-based NC service system is mainly to provide Web-based open NC processing with remote supporting technology, realizing unified management and share for NC programs. NC service system designed with Web mode can achieve the goal of being completely distributed and open. Web is the basic frame of realizing WWW and highly modularized and completely open. In terms of the control of modern NC machine, it's quite significant to set up a computer-based harmonious and standard software environment, so as to perform complex control functions in accordance with customers' need, improve processing quality and flexibility while reducing processing time.This paper first analyses the current research situation and development direction, and then according to research of NC service system based on JAVA technology, puts forward B/S structure and MVC design pattern, analyses the functions that NC service system based on Java technology should possess and workflow of the system, uses Java technology to realize the business logics of machine control,real-time display of machine processing information and reconfiguration technology.From the perspective of function, NC service system contains six parts: user management module, log inspection module, machine operation processing module, processing status display module, processing code input and compilation module, communication module. The realization of user management module and log inspection module is that NC system use database to manage user information and log information. The realization of machine manipulation processing module and processing code input and compilation module is that NC system use Java interfaces to realize manual processing and automatic processing of machine. The realization of processing status display module and communication module is that NC system provides Java interfaces so that other modules can invoke them. From the perspective of technology, this paper uses Java technology to realize reconfiguration of NC service system. With the change of requirement, this system can be updated easily by changing components and configuration properties based on the characteristic of being configurable and loaded.After testing, NC Service System can be considered human-machine interface friendly, and machine manipulation humanized, and it realizes remote control of NC machine based on Web. NC service system possesses excellent extensibility and has laid a good foundation for further development.
