The Design And Implemen Tation Of The Information Publish System Based On GIS

In recent years, with advances in computer technology, geographic information systems (GIS) has been rapidly developed, although the development of GIS technology bring a major innovation for the electronization, visualization, central storage management of geographic information. A large number of geographic information can only be used for local users or certain departments of an enterprise, the rapid emergence and development of Internet provided a new and very effective vector of geographic information for the industry of GIS. Through publishing map resources in Internet, a lot of precious spatial data can be shared and reused. Every walk of life begins thinking much of GIS and now making a good use of it, and there is an appeal for the open and standard GIS environment. Not only the GIS need interoperation, but also the other systems need to intemperate with GIS.The information publishing system based on GIS utilizes electronic map as the information carrier and makes use of the database to store data. This is a practical system that can realize the integrative management and publish of the document information, the photograph and other mass information of spatial information. It can achieve the visualized management and query functions of spatial information resources in the electronic map, with this system you can publish, browse, search a variety of spatial information, to provide users with accurate location-based services and information services.This paper studies the basic theory about the system integration, analyzed the three development patterns of the Geography information system, introduced the technology of Web Service, and final select system integration programs based on Web Service, through the use of Web service technology, the two heterogeneous system of GIS system and information publishing system can be incorporated into a unified service platform, and achieve the interoperability between system, To maximize the satisfaction of the enterprise to share information and resources and a wealth of information that needs, to realize the'seamless integration'between GIS systems and information systems. On the basis of the above research, this paper give the needs analysis and total design of information publishing system, and give the detailed design and implement of the system's each module, and final achieve the information publishing system that has the functions of spatial Electronic map information management, query, publish etc. Finally, this paper detailed descripts the web service integration implement process of GIS and information publishing system.Finally, this paper makes expectation and discussion for the existent weaknesses of information publishing system and future direction of further research.
