At present,electrical equipment on-line monitoring system in the past from the centralized,the individual parameters to distributed,multi-parameter,the development of monitoring systems have been expanding continuously enhanced functionality.In this case,the electrical equipment on-line monitoring system is also facing some new problems.Power system in many types of electrical equipment,system software developers must be specific for each of the development of specialized hardware drivers, which resulted in duplication of development,are not compatible between the driver,the driver can not adapt to changes in the characteristics of the hardware,Using different driver softwares on the same hardware resulted in issues of the conflict.At the same time for large-scale power equipment usually requires a variety of state parameters to monitor simultaneously.Therefore,a distributed monitoring system is usually a number of sub-systems for monitoring the complex portfolio,it must be flexible enough to adapt to the specific conditions of different equipment and various monitoring requirements oAt the same time,the OPC provides a uniform interface standard based on COM/DCOM technique.And the interoperability between the software and the hardware can easily be realized among different vendors while just needs to follow the OPC standard.Modbus/TCP,as is usually the scene of various industrial RTU,I/O modules and other types of bus between the "gateway" to play an important role.As a result,the design based on the Modbus/TCP specification of the OPC data access system needs to become a research and innovation issues.In this paper,Based on the Modbus/TCP protocol and designing methods to achieve a Modbus / TCP server,the client's processes,doing research in the OPC foundation and COM which is opc's core technology,in-depth study of the OPC DA 2.05a norms to develop the OPC server and client Development,using key technology of real-time data platform to achieve store the data from the OPC server to the DB2 database,the final study of the ASP.NET and XML technologies related to the design of information systems based on B/S.This article combines the B/S and C/S advantages,useing the B/S and C/S innovative model to design the remote power monitoring and information systems,inner use C/S structure,External use B/S structure,the design of the Modbus/TCP data access server in the OPC client and designed by the C8051F005 RTU equipment to provide data exchange channels,OPC clients can easily access and view data,through the OPC client and OPC server interactive and using ADO interface,real-time data collected in the database designed by paradigm for the release of the information network.Among them,some of the features of the system is now in Yancheng City in Jiangsu Province, Anhui Province,and other local power companies to trial.
