With the improvement of living standards,the demand of people on various meat products is growing,the traditional way of farming can no longer meet the needs of people's lives,modern large-scale farms are rapid developing..However,such as the environmental pollution caused by emissions of harmful gases,loss caused by frequent occurrence of diseases,behind the management level and so on,restricting the development of large-scale farms.In addition,because of the size of control system is expaning with the expansion of production scale,and the different of equipment models of the various stages,due to a device communication protocol issue between the different quipment.If by way of additional hardware to switch the issue of communication protocols, not only substantially increases system cost,but restrict the expansion of the system. In this paper,a new control system is introduced based on the OPC technology combining the Danyang farm expansion project.The control system integrates the original GE Fanuc 90-30 PLC control system with new Simens S7-315 PLC control system by the OPC technology and effectively resolve the data communication problem between different communication protocol.The use of configuration software to build the real-time monitoring system that can damand and control the environment parameters through locally and remote on the host computer.By the use of VB client access OPC data,combined with high-performance breeding norms,use the fuzzy control to deal with data,control the implementation equipment and regulate the environmental parameters,to ameliorate environment for growth.The use of video, audio and remote transmission technology for monitoring the pigpens,according to pig's diet,activities to determine health status,in time to deal with the epidemic when happen.The method has been used in practice.Current the system is stabile,to provide a good environment for the growth of livestock and poultry,bringing huge economic and social benefits for business.Compared with other methods,based on OPC technology farm control system, not only will be able to effectively syncretize all equipments together that have different communication protocol,but also greatly reduced the investment costs.This method is particularly applicable to alteration and expansion of control systems.
