Design And Realization Of Network Management System For The Embedded Video Surveiliance And Control System

Along with the rapid development of the Video Surveillance and Control system, the network management system of Video Surveillance and Control will be attached more importance to.Firstly,the theory of the Video Surveillance and Control network management system is discussed in this paper.Secondly,a way by which a Video Surveillance and Control network management system under Linux OS is designed and realized is introduced in this paper.The key techniques used are Simple Network Management Protocol(SNMP),Client/Server system frame and database visit based on Linux OS.The network management system is designed by QT Designer,MYSQL and Net-SNMP.The main functions such as security management,configure management, fault management and performance management are implemented in this Video Surveillance and Control network management system.Due functions of the Video Surveillance and Control network management system are validated by test.The essential techniques of a network management system are illustrated in detail in this paper.
