Research And Realization Of SRS Tool Based On MIS

With the fast development of social informatization, the software becomes more and more complex and large-scale. With more and more research on software engineering, software requirement is becoming the core fact which runs through the whole process of the development of the software, and the requirement acquirement has become the new hot spot of software engineering. The requirement acquirement is the initial stage of the software life cycle and the key factor of determining the success or failure of software. But there are more and more cases of failure which due to the requirement unclear. So how to quickly and accurately acquire the software requirement becomes the focus of the study in software industry.Informatization is an important feature of modern society and as a symbol of enterprise information systems is developing more and more rapidly. With the rapid development of enterprise and the constantly changing of businesses, the information systems must be to achieve not only the complex business, but also adapt to new changes. Therefore, it needs a new requirement acquirement method which can acquire and descript requirements fast and predict the changing of requirement as well as possible.The paper focuses on the following questions: First, study requirement acquirement and describe method of MIS. Through research and practical project experience, we analysis and summarized a requirement acquirement method which is suitable for small and medium-sized MIS project. Second, using computer and mathematical knowledge, we research a model to structure and standardize the software requirement. Third, based on the model, we will use Conditional Directed Graphs (CDG) to describe the requirement so that the requirement analyst can optimize enterprise business and reduce changing through analysis. The fourth, according the requirement specification templates, we research a method which can generate software requirement specifications (SRS) in word document automatically.The system we realize proves that the model and the tool are not only feasible but also reliable. It can help us to record and manage the requirements. We summarize some methods to improve the system during the development, which will help in future research.
