| In the digital information age of today, wireless sensor network technology has been more and more widely used in various fields. Wireless sensor network possesses sensing capabilities, computing power and communications capability, combines sensor technology , embedded computing technology , distributed information processing and communication technologies. Wireless sensor network is able to collaborate in real-time monitoring,sensing and collecting various environmental monitoring or targeting information in the networks distribution,and access to detailed and accurate information by dealing with original data,then wireless sensor network sends the information to these users who have need.Mao-tai is composed of quality sorghum , made of high-temperature-wheat,but also more than raw materials. A long period of fermentation,fermentation repeated many times,such as liquor from the unique technology,that are the reasons for Mao-tai liquor's unique style and excellent quality. However, due to the limitations of a purely manual monitoring, Mao-tai factory can not accumulate a large amount of data to further study how the temperature and many other factors during the process of brew wine affect the quality of mao-tai liquor. And rely on the measurement of human perception, entirely by virtue of experience, not only lack scientific but also relatively required of employee's high experience.In order to solve this imperfection we bring wireless sensor network technology into the traditional brewing process, provide a rational platform to monitor Mao-tai fermentation process efficiently by the use of modern advanced information technology, which is contributive to promote Mao-tai fermentation process to be more digital and e-closed. The conspicuous function of wireless sensor network is that it can be convenient and intuitive in the process of digitizing the specific data during monitoring the fermentation process , which is easy to operate and control, not only save labor but also can improve the quality of liquor."The management system of Mao-tai Fermentation process"use the wireless sensor networks of such features as low cost , randomly distributed,dynamic network,secure,reliable,scalable strong and so on,to real-time and incessantly track and monitor the environmental factors affecting fermentation and the fermentation process itself during the production process. Status monitor begin from the fermentation temperatures(stuffed reactor temperature, ambient temperature),then gradually expand to the humidity,alcohol concentration,oxygen content,sugar content,carbon dioxide concentration,and other environmental factors,and the production process begins from the accumulation of fermentation, gradually expand to the entire production process and production cycle. The system take fermentation data and environmental data statistics,analysis and mining,then by the use of advanced automatic aggregation detection,decision trees,neural networks,and other methods,in order to explore the relationship between the quality of products and environmental factors.This article focuses on the study of a part of Mao-tai fermentation process monitor system——the temperature and humidity and pressure data acquisition system that based on wireless sensor networks. The realization of the system has laid a basis on data analysis and management for the entire project, as well as provided convenience for users to track and manage nodes. System according user's settings display and deal with information, as an intuitive and comprehensive, well positioned to meet the customer's needs. Data acquisition function throughout the whole process of the system operation, whether or not the function smoothly realized determines the state of the entire system operation,that is to say that the data acquisition system is quite a critical component of the entire brewing process monitor system and can not be separated.In accordance with the mao-tai production process,the realized data acquisition system has the following functions: 1) Data frame transmission; 2) Environmental temperature and humidity data acquisition 3) The distillation process pressure data acquisition 4) The process of sharing air temperature data acquisition 5) Temperature data Acquisition about the brewing material piles 6) Temperature data acquisition about the fermentation pools 7) Nodes Management Data acquisition function realized data collection from wireless sensor network to base stations ,and then transmitted to the server through platforms,at last achieved to display relevant information on the client application.To sum up, the realization of data acquisition systems, the start of Mao-tai brewing process monitoring and management system project will greatly improve the Mao-tai factory automation of production process, reduce labor intensity and improve the stability of product quality and productivity. The mao-tai project based on adhering to the traditional craft and ensuring the quality improvement,armed traditional craft with high-tech means , achieved to the strategic objective——"using information technology to promote industrialization , using industrialization to drive information technology and take a new road to industrialization",which will promote the Mao-tai more large-scale development. Success of the project will be a fantastic model for a large number of other brewing factories who still rely on the manufacturers of human. |
