The containable development of enterprise has attracted general attention of people all over the world. Recently, with the foundation of containable development strategy, the research on information ecosystem is being given more and more attention. And the main trend of modern information ecosystem is the transition from the slogan of containable development to real ecological construction.It's quite significative to the improvement the management and activity of the enterprise of our country via understanding, analysis and research of the content and feature of ecosystem and reveal its theoretical model. Firstly, it's because of the internal economy development. Ecological enterprise will be the new way to solve the high efficient management problem radically because the economical increasing depending on resource can not be last for long time. Secondly, it's because the development of enterprise itself.Enterprise ecology focuses on the whole Enterprise information ecosystem macroscopically, researching on the interaction between interior of enterprise, enterprise and environment etc. The purpose of this thesis is start from the current research results, base on the theory of information ecosystem, study the enterprise of our country, and combine the benefit of enterprise, and the theory of enterprise social responsibility, set up the model of information ecosystem, raise the manage strategy of enterprise information ecosystem, provide the theoretical basis and guide for the implementation of containable development strategy in enterprise. The main advantage and innovation are as follow:Firstly, analyze and evaluate the problems in current information ecosystem, meet the requirement of containable development and consider the enterprise itself, research the model and management strategy of the enterprise information ecosystem, solve the problem that theory is out of touch with real developing strategy.Secondly, set up new enterprise information ecosystem model depend on the basis of economy, ecology and society so that it can guide current managing and operating of enterprise. Ecological thinking can be used to guide the enterprise operation, design the strategy so that the management of the enterprise will be improved and finally realize the optimization of enterprise management. In this thesis, we start from the ecosystem,, focus on construction the model of enterprise information ecosystem, raise the management strategy of enterprise information ecosystem, analyze the construction of enterprise information ecosystem and manager, environment, technology of the information. Emphasizing on the balanced development of enterprise information ecosystem provide the foundation of theory and practice for further development of this issue.By taking advantage of the view of ecology, the research on information infrastructure, information resource, information technology, information culture and information ethics of enterprise which compose of the environment of the enterprise information, and transit to the research on the relationship between information people, information organization and information environment which also called information ecosystem. The main content of this thesis are as follows:Chapter one, introduction of the research background the purpose and meaning for the project and raise the outline and innovation of this thesis. Chapter two, summary of theories which are using in this thesis and the analysis and comparison of their composition, structure, function and feature. Chapter three, the function, aim and feasibility analysis of information ecosystem. Chapter four, formulate the aim and principle of the information ecosystem construction. Focus on the analysis for composition of the enterprise ecological chain base on which construct the model of enterprise information ecosystem. Chapter five, raising the management strategy of enterprise information ecosystem. Chapter six, take request for logistics information platform in Shanghai as example, raise the content and feature of logistics information platform. Finally construct the model of cross-organizational logistics information platform in Shanghai. Chapter Seven, conclusion and some supposition for the research in near future.Conclusion of this thesis are: First, ecology theory and complex adaptive system theory should be used to research the problems in information ecosystem. Second, the ecology theory can be used to construct enterprise information ecosystem because of similarity between enterprise information system and natural ecosystem. Third, the construction of model cross-organizational logistics information platform of is significative for the development of logistics enterprise in Shanghai.This article hopes to corporate information on the above study of ecosystem ecology theory for information applications in the enterprise to provide a theoretical basis.
