| In information age, how to product, store, exchange, diffuse, select and use informationhas also become a key issue.“Technology is googâ€,“Technology is productivityâ€, ourfascination with thchnology has made us forget the key purpose of information: to informpeople. People who use information resources and technology excessively have encountered aseries of information environment problems, such as information monopoly, informationsoverload, information gap, information silo, network security and so on. These problemsseriously hinder the exchange and share of information, affecting value creation activities.Knowledge-based enterprises, as a special organization that take the input and output ofinformation or knowledge as its main activities, so the quality of information managementwill directly affect its business performance. Face to the unpredictable informationenvironment, knowledge-based enterprises especially need apply the theory and method ofsystems science, consider the inter-relationship between information environment,information man and information resources, formulate correct strategies to help the enterpriseget well used of the diversification of information environment and improve the efficiency ofinformation management.Based on the current research results in information ecosystem, using the theory andmethod of economics, systems science and management comprehensively, combining thecharacteristic and the business environment of knowledge-based enterprise in our country, weset up the model of information ecosystem. Finallyt, we raise some implementation strategiesfor the containable development of the system. The main advantage and innovation are asfollows:First, we analysis the nature and characteristics of knowledge-based enterprises, and putforward that the conception of knowledge-based enterprise information ecosystem-in theprocess of enterprise knowledge innovation process, information exchange and informationcirculation happened when information man and information environment interact with eachother, we call this organic whole which include information man, information resources and information environment as information ecosystem, then we analysis the interaction betweensystem’elements.Second, we analysis dynamic mechanism, power sources of the system, suggested thatwe should regard "ecological value" as the core value of the system in order to solve all theissues. After divided and built the model of the subsystems, we proposed the logical model ofknowledge-based enterprise information ecosystem. We think that the purpose of building aknowledge-based enterprise information ecosystem is to coordinate information behavior,promote information exchange and value creation, control information ecology ecologicalbalance, we also stress that technology is important, but it is more important to focus therelationships between information man and information environment.Again, because there are a series of wide spread anti-ecological problems existed in theprocess of system operation, so we propose some specific strategies based on analysing its’operation mechanism. First, building information man networks to improve informationexchang and communication, secondly, perfecting the information management system toimprove the quality of information, reduce information costs, finally, improving informationenvironment to achieve sustainable development. We point out that those three aspects shouldbe accompanied during the entire life cycle of the system.Finally, we take UNIS as the study case to verify our esearch results. We research thesituation information resource management. Focused on its problems and combined theearlier research contentwe, we propose the ideal model of the information ecosystem of UNIS,then in orde to realize sustainable development, we give some corresponding improvementmeasures.We hope our research can provide a theoretical basis to promote the theory ofinformation ecology applications in enterprises. |
