After entering into the twenty-first century, Economic globalization becomes more apparent. Driven by the allure of various interests, multinational companies are seeking for capital value-added opportunities in developing countries. They deploy their global resources to cater the needs of global market. Since China has access to the WTO for six years, a variety of domestic industries has been opened up to a certain extent, they actively participate in international market, and they come across in international capital one after another, however, they are facing competitive pressure from the media giant while enjoying the convenience of a wide financing channels. China's media, as an industry with dual attributes, has to obey the responsibility of mass media propaganda duties on one hand; on the other hand, they have to carry out market-oriented operation actively, particularly in the construction of media groups. In order to compete and cooperate with the foreign financing media groups, they actively expand the channels for financing and use capital operation for being stronger. While the foreign capital, regardless of contraction and relaxation of the policy, never stops its penetration on the Chinese market since the beginning of the 1980s, they have been hovering in the extravagant profits industry, and try to avoid or even touch the policy, to push the Chinese government to open the Chinese media market. In the consideration of the special nature of China's media industry, however, the foreign investment takes a more circuitous way.
