Enterprise Information refers to the use of modern management science and information technology, the establishment of a modern information network system, so that all aspects of enterprise management activities, through the fast flow of information and effective services, the realization of capital flow, logistics, work flow and information flow integration to enterprise resource the optimal allocation, improve the efficiency and level of management, thereby improving economic efficiency and core competitiveness of the process. The land management department of Liaohe Oilfield is responsible for land management. The Land management system of Liaohe Oilfield is an important part of enterprise information of Liaohe Oilfield, land information management, land registration information is the focus of the work of land management.After the current system of land management research and analysis, we found many of the current land resource management software, more features, more comprehensive, but some of the software functions in a specific work of land management may not be used. Because of the complexity of the software, it is not convenient to operate, need to spend a lot of time training the staff to raise the cost of software. The target of the software is not strong, it does not take into account the specific land account management issues. Therefore, in accordance with the work of land management of Liaohe Oilfield, it is necessary to develop a simple, targeted land resources management software. According to the specific characteristics of the work of land management of Liaohe oilfield , we design the land resources management system.After the careful analysis of the work of land management and a wide range of exchange and discussion to users, we know the needs of users. In this paper, the major work are as follows: (1) through needs analysis, we know clearly the system users and user permissions, and users of the system include general users, administrators and system administrators; (2) system design, including system functions design, module design and system security design; (3) database design, first we are introduced to the data, and then introduced to the design of the database module and database design; (4) The achievement of system design, we describe mainly the user management, basic land information management, Notice management, examination and approval management, database backup and recovery. The system has been delivered to users, after a period of trial operation, the system is operating very well, and the users are satisfied with the system, and the design requirements to achieve the desired. In this paper, finally we sum up of the system development and outlook, direction of the next step.
