County KM Water Resource Manage Tool Development

To improve water resource and environment management in haihe basin, Global environment funds organization aids China to develope the GEF haihe basin integration project about water resource and environment(for short GEF haihe project) by world bank. It is the aim that improves integrative management ability of water resource and environment in haihe basin and holds back water quality worsen and grounder water serious overexploitation and abates the pollution of bohai gulf.The project is one of GEF haihe projects, it is to improve managing ability of water conservancy and environment departments in 16 counties and demonstrate zones and to strengthen two departments information share and cooperation. That will provide data support for basin macroscopically manager and carry through basin macroscopically control measure.The system provides a suite of water resource manage tool for county water conservancy and environment departments, establishes a suite of software design and developed criterion, integrates with county KM water environment manage tool,integration of water resource and environment manage tool,county ET manage tool and irrigation zone ET manage tool. These systems all base on KM platform that provides unified interfaces to implement secure access of database,information share,unified authorization and single sign-on.
