Nowadays, more and more people have their own cars, and there will be more people owning cars in the coming future. However there are also some serious problems as well, such as traffic jams, traffic accidents, and environmental pollution, etc. In order to solve these problems, people have proposed the concept of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), and then based on this concept, people have come up with a solution of intelligent traffic management and control integration platform, which usually included traffic signals subsystem, traffic guidance subsystem, video surveillance subsystem and electronic police subsystem, etc.Traditional intelligent traffic management and control integration platform only combines several subsystems into a big system, and data from different subsystems can not be integrated, so people can not hold the whole overview of traffic conditions on a macro level. In addition, after a long time since the traditional intelligent traffic management and control integration platform product has been put on the market, there will be a lot of trouble with some of the subsystems, so the product will generate error data, even some of data will be missing.Taking all these disadvantages into consideration, this paper proposes a data analysis subsystem based on intelligent traffic management and control integration platform. Collecting data from other subsystems, this subsystem analyzes and calculates these data, and then changes these data’s structure if necessary, and this subsystem shows the traffic conditions from macro perspectives. This subsystem also can remove some error data and fix some missing data. What’s more, this subsystem has provided some API for other subsystems. The background application of this subsystem uses Spring MVC to design the project’s framework, and uses Oracle11g to store some static data, and uses MongoDB to store some dynamic data and to deal with some big data, and uses RabbitMQ as the message queue to transfer data between different parts. The foreground application of this subsystem uses JQuery EasyUI to design web page, and also uses some other open source frameworks, such as Highcharts, jqGrid, and lhgDialog.This subsystem has received greate success after being put on the market, firstly, the traffic managers can hold an overview of the traffic condition of one city in the macro point of view, secondly, this subsystem has provide perfect API for other subsystems on the microscopic view.
