Key Technology Of Unified Service Platform In E-Government System

With the development of information globalization, promoting the e-Government affair has become an important content when a country or area participates the global competition and gains a leading position in the economic and social development. Although Chinese e-Government construction has made a long-step progress in recent years, it still doesn't have universal criteria, and the cooperation among departments is still difficult. Therefore the construction of unified service platform in e-Government system has been placed on the agenda.Under this background, the dissertation proposed the structure of a unified service platform, and modeled the system's business process using the workflow technique. In order to solve the problems in the update of C/S model software, the dissertation implemented an auto-updateable C/S client based on EXE+DLL model. Meanwhile, it designed a network management system with SNMP to guarantee the stable operation of the e-Government network. The expatiation on the implementation of the key modules including network topology discovery and VLAN management was also delivered.Through the experiments, it is verified that the auto-updateable client can fulfill the task of version control and update, and the network management system can ensure the stability of e-Government network. The whole project accomplished the object of managing the system, users, and applications effectively, and provided realistic basis for future development.
