Based on two kinds of MIMO radar, MIMO radar with widely separated antennas and MIMO radar with co-located antennas, this paper first analyzes targets detection theories or algorithms and simulates their performance respectively. As for the first one, according to the model of bistatic(multistatic) radar systems, it focuses on the differences of geometric system of coordinates and spatial detecting scope between bistatic(multistatic) radar systems and the monostatic radar systems, and the precision of detection is the key point. As for the other, the condition of two-dimensional distribution to guarantee spatial diversity and anti-jamming capability of MIMO radar are stressed. In the signal interference of MIMO radar, this paper spreads from the recognition of launched signal and the interfering strategy due to the special structure of MIMO radar, that is, the suppression effect of netted radar embracing masking jamming and concentrating pseudo-targets deceptive jamming effect of MIMO radar.
