| In the 21st Century, the market competition is actually the competition of the science and technology, and also the competition of the product design. The innovation, agreeableness, environmental protection and such factors of the product occupy a prominent position in the competition. During the product design, ergonomics design is a complex but very important work, so the realization of its intellectualized design is one of the key technologies to achieve rapid product design. Domestic and foreign scholars generally believe that the research on applications of ergonomics software and integrating it into the CAD systems is one of the current directions of the study with development prospects.In this paper, with the commonly used Pro/Engineer platform, as well as the good means of its secondary development, an intelligent ergonomics design system was designed and developed embedded in the software. The system is based on the idea of incorporating product design and ergonomics design, when users doing their product design, they can get the help on ergonomic knowledge and the visible query for ergonomics data at the same time. Further more, the users can easily achieve the ergonomic intelligent design for common products, such as seats, worktables and instruments. The system is of practicability and easy expansion, as well as a good use for reference. This paper discussed in detail the process of product ergonomics design, the way to create knowledge base, the model of the product intelligent ergonomics design framework, and its realization technologies. |
