Component-based Software Development (CHSD) has become an important component of the software technology, the technology has played a positive role in promoting many aspects of the software technology development. CBSD is considered the latest application to solve information systems development and maintenance, the key technologies to achieve components information systems. The goal of components information system is to assemble business component, approach to meet the different needs of the information systems, its core idea is to construction the plug-and-play field of business component.In recent years, the industry standards of components, such as EJB. COM and CORBA. with these standards further mature, promote CBSD development and application. However, the application of CBSD has not reached the goal of expectations, component design methodology is not perfect, lack of clear guidance in practical applications, some of the basic design principles and methods of components did not fully consider the characteristics of applications, led directly to the component technology difficult to apply specific business field. Therefore, it urgent need on the basis research results of the current component technology, with specific field of application needs, research component technology and its application and development.In this paper, through the ideological and theoretical study of information system development process and software reuse and component technology, proposed the components information systems architecture and the development of business component model, focus on the design and development of component-based technology platform for the development of information systems components (CBSD platform) and solve the relevant technical issues, research platform standardized interlace to support the openness of the system. dynamic and flexible integrated various components to assemble variety of information systems. Research and development of business component under the CBSD platform . based on software component technology to development of reusable components and research the basic component model, as well as the design principle, component level and integrated application systems, provide the business component development and integration solutions, depth study a number of issues in the process of business component design and development based on the platform of CBSD. such as component design and component markers, to achieve current network information system development trend of the distributed and multi-level, to meet the reusable component general requirements. Finally use practical information management system as an example, complete the CBSD platform and a part of business component design and development work.
