Research The Application Of Sotfware Component Reuse In ERP System

With the rapid development of science and information technology, people graduallyrealized the importance of software quality. With the widely use of computer software and therapid development of information technology, the process of modernization and informationtechnology of the manufacturing industry accelerate quickly, and people start to pay moreattention to the computer software development techniques. After several generations ofresearch and practice, people gradually realized that if the requirement is incomplete andnon-uniform, we can’t achieve the goal of developing software automatically, but softwarereuse is a more feasible solution to this problem. The software reuse technology refers to asoftware development solution that enables software development process to avoidduplication of wasted effort and maximizes the utilization of the software. When the softwareis just emerging, there have been some problems, such as software utilization is low, the highcost of software maintenance, the low quality of software, these are the factors restricting thedevelopment of software, which also brought a series of software crisis. Software reuse isproposed to solve this problem. In the last decade, with the gradual improvement of softwaretechnology, the object-oriented technology and the component technology has graduallystepped onto the stage which plays an important role in the software reuse. More and morepeople began to realize the importance of software reuse. Since the20th century,90years ofsoftware,it can be said software component is an integral part of the software componentwhich has brought revolution in the way of software production.Software reuse technology will be applied to the ERP system. In this paper, we willresearch software reuse based on developments in theory and technology, research in the ERPsoftware component reuse, re-construct the corresponding system model used for the actualERP system, its components, the field of development to provide theoretical andmethodological basis for the application.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part describes the research background and significance;The second part describes some background research, including ERP, software reuse andsoftware building technology, the basic concepts and applications;The third part proposes a new ERP system development method, based on the softwarecomponent of the development process, and gives the development of reusable componentmodel;The fourth part focuses on the retrieval process of ERP systems, components commonly used methods are given, and on this basis proposes a component description language basedon universal component retrieval methods;The last part summaries the paper, and discuss future research.
