Hydraulic platform is one of the simulating System for the motion of Ship ,which is used to research on the plant performance of some deck equipments while they are in a swaying status.This can provide reasonable data for product development.Also it decreases the test times, reduces design cost and shortens developing time.Since the study has practical meaning and application value.The system asks that hydraulic platform can do the sine swaying motion according to a period in a certion range and stop at any position, among which the amplitude is at five to forty-five degree and the cycle is at five to sixteen second.This paper introduced platforms' recent advances and its applications firstly. Associating with hydraulic platform's mechanism the paper has confirmed the overall control scheme.Secondly,based on the platform's related index the paper has built its model using SimuLink,and has done the dynamic simulation of the mechanisms, and its analysis.Thirdly the paper has built its dynamics model and the control scheme's model, analysed the discurbance result from the difference of the work area in the platform's two sides,and designed the variable parameter pid controller according to feature.At last the paper has compiled the protocol of serial communication between upper and lower computer according to the overall control scheme,and designed the system control program.The upper computer's program was realized by LabVIEW,and it included the user interface program, serial communication program and graphic display program.While the lower included calibration subroutine,stop subroutine,amplitude adjustment subroutine, list reading subroutine,and so on.About the experiment research, the paper built the simulating system at first, done the semi-physical simulation experiment, and tested the system's dynamic and steady performance index; Next the paper has done the experiment between upper and lower computer, and done the analysis and the appraisal to the experiment result.The experimental result has confirmed the control system's accuracy and the feasibility.
