Transmitter Receiver has been widely applied in Avionics System and it plays an important role to ensure the quality and security of communication in aircraft. MIL-STD-1553B is the airplane interior time division system instruction/response type multiplex data bus. It uses the shielded twisted pair to carry on the data transmission, the signal is transmitted by the serial digital pulse form, and its data code is expressed with the double-phase Manchester coding form.Based on the study of the Transmitter Receiver circuits in high speed bus, the High Speed Bus Transmitter Receiver is designed with TSMC 0.35SiGe BiCMOS 3P3M technology. Each part of this design has been simulated and the verification of whole circuit has been finally done. By equalizing network parameter adjustment, it can achieve 1~10Mbps data transfer rate in the electric cable network of 1553B bus, and also it meets its reliability requirements. This has good advantage of promoting the data transmission speed without change of the original network routing, thus it can saves the related expenses of the equipments renewal.
