Radar signal processor plays an important role in the systems. In the paper, orthogonal sampling, pulse compression and clutter canceling are studied with the experience in the project. The implement methods of these technologies based on DSP are introduced in details. And the experience in system design and DSP programming and debug is summarized.Several theories and the realization of the signal processing, including orthogonal sampling, pulse compression and clutter canceling, are discussed in details. With the simulation, we study the unmatched filter in LFM signal and the phase-coded signal pulse compression,and the performance with the Doppler shift .The emphasis of clutter canceling is the motive target indicator (MTI) technology using in radar. We give the weight looked-up method and discuss the application of motive target detector (MTD).The factors referred to the performance of pulse compression are discussed in the angle of system.In the end of the paper,flow chart of the software design based on DSP in the system design will be introduced .The methods of programming and debugging are also discussed,including the ways of program optimization .The experience and feeling in the project are summed up in the last chapter.
