With the development of the integrated digital circuit, the automatic test of the circuit plays an essential roal in the assurance of the modern equipment capability index. How to rapidly and effectively accomplish the digital circuit automatic test is to be a key problem.This paper aims to deeply study the clutter suppression measures and the clutter suppression circuit automatic test based on the plat of the ATE M9100 series digital test instrument. At first, the analysis and comparison of several kinds of MTI(AMTI) filter design and the implementation of MTI on a FPGA chip are presented. Secondly, a simple analysis of MTD Doppler filter bank is given. Finally, the hardware structure of the ATE M9100 series digital test instrument is detaily described. The technical implementation of the clutter suppression circuit automatic test is presented and an error-diagnosis measure based on function test and software simulation is proposed. During the LASAR simulation, the competition and risk are largely eliminated by assigning the proper phase and window to the input signals. Meanwhile, the error-coverage rate is greatly increased. The experiment indicates the validity and the feasibility of the proposed measure. |
