Design And Implementation Of Clutter Suppression Algorithms Of Coastal Defense Radar Simulation System

Coastal radar play a key role in the national defense security,radar daily training will affect the life of radar,coastal radar simulation system emerged.Usually radar when receiving the target echo,there are the sea wave echo from the surrounding environment,snow and rain cloud echo and radar internal noise,etc.Thus,the efficient clutter suppression algorithm has great significance for target detection and tracking.In this paper,clutter suppression algorithm as the research core,first of all,analysis and research the generating mechanism of the level of the sea clutter and high order sea clutter.Based on the mechanism of sea clutter,comprehensive analysis the existing distribution model,include adaptation range and factors,including the Rayleigh distribution,Lognormal distribution,Weibull distribution and distribution of compound K.At the same time,both the sea clutter time correlation and spatial correlation,prove that sea clutter has chaos characteristics;Then analyzed the trajectory convergence and convergence speed of the PSO,then found that many particles are likely appear "inertia",make the evolution of the premature convergence to local optimal point,so the chaos disturbance was added to optimize the particle swarm algorithm,using the chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm to find the optimal parameters of SVM,and combining the theory of phase-space reconstruction,to regression predict the sea clutter time series.Using the difference of original data and regression forecast data,complete the preliminary inhibition of sea clutter.Finally introduce the design idea and realization method of sea clutter suppression in radar simulation system.Using the singular value decomposition method and the median filtering algorithm of sea clutter and snow and rain clutter further suppressed,and show the inhibitory effect.The effect prove that this clutter suppression algorithm in coastal radar simulation system has shows good suppression effect on all kinds of sea clutter,by adjusting the parameters of the wave suppression and precipitation inhibition parameters,can eliminate various degrees of sea clutter and the rain clutter.Providing effective help for the target detection and tracking system in coastal defense radar simulation system.
