With the telecom market competition strengthen and social growth in demand for information, domestic telecom company is stepping from network construction as a importance , centering on products and aiming at covering the market to operating service as a importance and centering on the customers. Centering on the transforming to the Service Support Management System, constructing the service mechanism of centering on customers, enhancing the quality of service has become the only way to telecom operators in conpetion. This is very necessary to build and perfect a flatform of the telecom service support system hardware and soft ware for dealing with the complex environment of transformed system, ensuing the running quality of telecom service support system and ensuing and promoting the service quality of telecom operators.The service support network management system can not only examine and find the problem that has been existed and keep the system stable and service normally running, but also can put the operation on standardized and management processes. Though discover, summery and mining, it can clear the key management and optimize the management processes. More, it can strengthen the management capacity of operation, promote the efficiency of operation and improve the quality of operation.The content of this paper around The Service Support Management System of Jilin Mobile started. First, to bring up the necessity of this issue. In view of the current development of the trend of telecommunications market is changing from traditional network-centric and market competition into a customer-centric service quality competition. Under the uinited management and plan of China Mobile Ltd., The Service Support Management System of Jilin Mobile has been completed in all provinces, cities and Municipalities. Facing with the complexity of the completed system and the expanding of the needness for service, to protect the system running Normal and stable, to insure and promote the quantity of the chinamobile's service, this is an urgent mission to build a Network Management System to concentrate on monitoring, repairing and management for the Service Support System.Though constructing and optimizing the first project of service support network operation management in Jilin Mobile Communication Company, the overall level of service support network operations has been promoted, and which preliminary have the capacity of detecting and discovering the problem that the service support network has existed, and it has completed the standardized and processes management of operation.In order to reflect the overall operation of system and deep the operation management, the service support management system 2.0 has put the original flatform of detecting management into the flatform of service management, and putting the detecting the IT basic construction as a base, it has begun to preliminary carry out the service management of service support network and strengthen the consolidated statements and the business monitoring picture, etc. in the service support network.Though deeply analyzing some of the demand for mobile-related business in requirement analysis of this article, it confirms the overall structure of the system and Clears the overall system and business process platform system requirements, such as Reliability, availability, security, maintainability, scalability and operational applications, data storage and recovery, the network requirements and so on. Through the analysis of the system's requirement, it brings up the requirement of technology for platform system, such as the timely for data collecting, the accuracy for monitor and alarm, the security and reliability for data transmission, the integrity for data collection, the diversity for the way of collection, the loosely coupled of data collection, the conservation of resource and so on. Through the detailed design of the system, it builds the monitoring management platform and service management platform, extraly build the Self-management and system interface functions, and constructs the infrastructure of a provincial business support network management software. Definiting the produce of the overall service and describing the different kinds of data which get from united interface, it can check, detect and serve the flow of data, data processing and the type of sequence. The definition for the overall procession of service is getting the alarm data, log data and performance data from service system, IT flatform and aside monitors, and which are sent to different modules to deal with by different kinds. The module of checking management gets the monitoring log data, and the module of monitoring management gets alarm data and performance data, ect. The monitoring module deal with the monitor-relate data and form the event information witch need to transfer to the service management to deal with and automatic send the alarm data to a united interface or the E-mail server. At the same time, the analysis data must be sent to the united show window. The checking management need to analyzes and deal with the log data and provides the related data to united show, witch can be seen by minister. Service management and the service management procession deal with accordingly.The service support system gets data from flatform and service system, witch is provided to the management flatform and service flatfom. The range of collection contains many segments, such as configuration data collection, alarm data collection, performance data collection, service data collection. Service management flatform is strengthen function by original monitor management flatform, and implementating the integrated management for service support basic construction and service serve.Finally, it implementates the system and tests the the completion of the goal of building systems. Through the collection, processing and presentation for the platform of service support system, and the alarm data and performance data for the application partment, the message of the system operation can be master, which can ensure the system stable and promote the quality of maket support. To use the functions of the service management platform, Monitor staff, maintenance staff, management staff, and technical support staff at all levels can united assist and complete the work for operation and management of the service support network.
