Network Optimization is an important component of maintenance work for mobile communication. Its effect determines the service quality of network and brings far-reaching influence on the development of the business market directly. Especially we carried on an overall analysis to the serious phenomena in chapter6 of this thesis, such as tele-traffic jam and wireless interference, appeared in PHS network. At the same time, we put forward the effective methods of solving the problems of wireless covering, capacity and interference in PHS network. Finally the surviving prospect and further development of PHS technology had been discussed.In a broad sense, all help to improve the quality of the PHS network engineering activities can be defined as network optimization activities. In this thesis, the thought of network optimization also had realistic meaning to other mobile communications.
