Computer simulation uses computers to imitate research objects according to similar principles in the process of imaginary systems. Computer simulation is a high-tech integrated technology which can shorten the development cycle, improve the quality and save outlay in the process of research and development .It receives universal attention from advanced countries in the world. It is an important research direction that computer technology is used in the field of system simulation application.In the military field, in order to effectively use the system of combatting,the training of the commander is essential, but the cost of actual training is very expensive. So, as far as possible to spend a small amount of funding, reduce the cost of training to achieve the best results. Simulation technology is safe, reliable, confidential, and flexible application of high-consumption ratio.Currently, the development of computer simulation technology depends on a number of new technologies such as network technology, software engineering, human-computer interaction etc. It comes into being distributed simulation system and drives the applications of multisystem integrated simulation. In-depth research on the composition of distributed system is important foundation of the development of computer simulation application. With the expansion of the scale of simulation system, distributed interactive simulation technology faces a number of difficulties which need to be resolved during its development process. This paper also gives a brief introduction to key features of PHP programming language and MySQL database system. Because PHP have multifunctional characteristic, it becomes a good web site empolder tool, and MySQL is a mightiness and fast sofware of database system. The combination of PHP and MySQL is a good choice of web site empolding.This paper uses three structures and basing on the B/S pattern, namely uses three distributed structures: The browser-Web server-database server, is to improve the traditional C/S structure test system, in the B/S structure test system, the customer only needs to install the browser, and can use all functions of web site. This system uses the B/S structural model, gets rid of the C/S model's dependence on the customer end. Using three structural designs strengthens the system reuse and probability, will be advantageous for maintenance and the expansion in the future. System structure based on Web is adopted in this paper, the design and development of the imitative training software of continuous are realized by using PHP technique and MySQL net database. Introduced the basic content and powerful functions of the system including the sub-system of producing simulation exercise plan and the sub-system of simulation exercise.The combat simulation system based on above research and development has achieved good results. At last, the contents of the paper are summarized and future works are propsed.
