Special equipments management is one of the important businesses of the Special Equipments Test Station. It is not only relative to economic constriction, but also to people's life and property safety. The requirement of special equipment management is to control these equipments scientifically and efficiently to avoid any accident. However, with the field of the use of special equipment in recent years to t expand, the traditional means of testing information management has been not meet the operational requirements, and then in the field computer applications become more important and necessary. For the characteristics of special equipment management information, a special equipment detection management information system must be designed and developed to improve management of special equipment efficiency. By the system information could be fast query and statistics, and information management is standardization. On this background, special equipment safety detection and management information system is designed and realization based on a set of B/S structure. The main thesis work:①Based on the status quo and needs of special equipment safety detection, the author introduces the model of special equipment safety detection, and provides detailed analysis about special equipment safety detection management system. On based of the actual situation of Guizhou Province Special Equipments Test Station, special equipment safety detection management system solutions are proposed with B/S structure combination of Web.②According to the three-tier distributed architecture in J2EE framework, the overall design of special equipment safety detection system is proposed. The system development is introduced, including code iteration-use, pedestal debt management, equipment based-information management and database link.etc.③The technical theories involved in develop the special equipment detection management information system are researched. On the current Web development platform J2EE analyzed, the development of J2EE technology and the system of security issues are discussed. The introduction of the code to replace is to improve the efficiency of the system. ④Special equipment for the detection of management information system of needs are analyzed. The modules of system are division, and then a detailed description of the database design is gave.⑤The system as a whole is introduced, including the framework of the generation process, Web.Config profile settings, database access interface. At last part system of the interface and realization of the features are showed.The system has the following characteristics: Firstly, through the construction of the B/ S mode, it makes all customers visit this system by browser, the resources be shared, the staff member work in conjunction with the others, and also parts of IPs be released which allows some customers to login up to carry out management and work in the long range; Secondly, the customers function order is achieved, which is convenient for the changes in special equipment. The last, the work efficiency is improved by using with the computer to assist to work. It redounds to the realization of the equipment management modernization.
