Special Equipment Management Information System Design And Implementation

With the rapid development of modern information technology. Special equipment management plays an important role in the hospital management organizations. which is a vital way to improve management.According to The Regulation on the Safety Supervision of Special equipment,the Statutes of Safety Technology Supervision Special equipment. The Special equipment management system(SEMS) collects, accesses, transforms processes, extracts, and synthesize digitals produced in the process of Special equipment management ; provides broad and automatic service and administration. SEMS is a necessary infrastructure and supporting environment.The main points in this thesis of Special equipment test managing, Text Fees managing and Induction training managing assessing are designed and realized. Based on the management status in SEMS, further actual investigation and according to the principals of international GB1526-89 and ISO5807-1985, the requirement analysis specification, system design and database design were fulfilled. SEMS based on C/S mode & B/S mode was built with PowerDesigner 11, SQL-Server 2000 and VB.The practice shows that the SEMS improves special equipment management level with powerful data processing ability, fast query speed, friendly human- machine interface, flexible and convenient operation.
