In Industrial fileld, It's necessary to carry on effective managements in the production process of spare parts, recognition and quality follow-up in the market. In order to trace the products, we always make some permanent marks on the products, such as trademarks, serial numbers, production date and so on. Besides the graceful appearance, we also require the marking celerity and marking depth of the marks on parts. Markers can print products for enterprises to provide traceability and implement the ISO9001 standard better.Since the traditional marking have some problems in print efficiency, appearance and security, it doesn't adapt to the modernized production. Thought the Laser printer solves those problems, it can't suit the practical production as it can't adapt to the poor production environments and lack of stability. In view of the fact that the air operated mark engraves has unique advantages, I write this article.After considering the operational factor and system demand of air operated mark printer comprehensively, I proposed on the position machine control take the monolithic integrated circuit and FPGA as the actuation core mark printer overall design plan. This plan set user input,instruction processing, the control, the demonstration, the data communication and the pulse actuation in, may guarantee the system highly effective, stable realization project all requests. The optimized integration of linear interpolation algorithm and Trapezia rate control algorithm are used to implement the FPGA controller. While in the software design, we developed a PC software with multithreading and TTF vector font technology. For the functional considerations, the control software has the local/long-distance two kind of visits pattern record inquiry function,uses the multi-thread management the examination function as well as connection data communication function; Online print in accordance with the demands of the on-line customers has high print speed and accuracy of the embedded graphics, text, the serial numbers, date and VIN codes and so on; To the cylinder, mint-mark has adopted comparatively simple and convenient form board and key-in way. The programme can be taken full advantage of a high-speed parallel FPGA characterized the work of the high-precision can smooth the output pulse control, the smooth conduct of the printing process. Finally, we draw conclusions,and made follow-up study of some of the ideas. After long time running and debugging, the marking system has a stable performance and has been put on the market. The feedback information from both producer Chongqing HengWei Precision Machinery Ltd. and the users indicates that the system working stably, the marking speed has met the design requirements. It also can drive the step motor working fast and has a precision at 256 subdivision. The marking system has achieved leading level of the market and has been well received by users.
