With the expansion of the size of the enterprise, business is becoming increasingly complex. The number and size of enterprise applications also increased. For a variety of reasons, not between these applications to share information with each other, a large number of "information isolated island" are formed within enterprises, enterprises business process automation can not be fully realized, which has seriously affected the efficiency of management. While some enterprises have used a variety of technologies and products to integrate and improve business processes, but the effect is little.According to service-oriented architecture ideas, however, to package the previous and newly developed applications or components into a cross-platform Web services, then assembled them into flexible business processes, which will be able to successfully meet the flexibility of enterprises deal with the problem, and to maximize the reuse of enterprise IT assets, and to resove the "information isolated island".In this paper, Chongqing Changan Suzuki Automobile Manufacturing Company?ˉs the Design Alteration Process as an example, the application and the realization of the SOA in the manufacturing is deeply discussed. By the IBM company?ˉs WebSphere platform and enterprises?ˉIT assets, we have developed the Design Alteration Process and integrated it ,the ERP system ,the PDM system and the OA system together . So that Interconnect and co-operating between these independent systems and the new Design Alteration Process. Users can use the appropriate IT resources in accordance with their own rights. Thereby the enterprise information integration rate will be enhanced, and the management efficiency will be improved.
