Design And Implemention On Group Cigarette Material Management Platform Based On Tobacco Indutry

With the advance of the tobacco industry reform, tobacco companies will gradually achieve the"four reunification"which is production management, marketing, technology research and development, material supply. This will put forward higher requirements to the cigarette material management. The building of the tobacco industry materials management information platform plays a very important role in further rationalizing the regulation of cigarette material purchasing management processes, knowing all the cigarette inventory situation of the company, providing reliable information for company leaders and help them to make scientific decisions.This paper combines the futures of China's tobacco industry, use the supply chain management theory, demand forecasting technology, inventory control technology and computer information technology to research and design the tobacco industry group-oriented cigarette materials management platform.This paper uses JAVA language and J2EE B / S model to design and develop information system software, presents a set of tobacco materials management solutions on the basis of detailed research and analysis of customer needs of a provincial tobacco companies material management platform; the ICONIX Modeling method has been applied to the entire process of system, from the needs analysis, case modeling to the class design and implementation. This paper uses ICONIX modeling methods in the entire process of system analysis. This system uses DB2 as background database system and uses Eclipse as development tool, uses Enterprise Architect as a tool for analysis and design and finally accomplishes tobacco industry group-oriented cigarette materials management platform.The system has been put into trial operation in a provincial tobacco industry company after implementation and has made the expected results in the following areas from the trial operation:①control the overall inventory of the group continually and implement the group's inventory control strategy effectively;②guarantee the quality of raw material, track and regulate the purchasing business processes and control rules to fulfill decentralized purchasing and transparent management;③centralize purchasing business process standards and make the group take full advantages of centralized purchasing, control and reduce the purchasing price effectively④the scientific, timely and accurate assessment of supplier helps to achieve the group-class supplier controlling and assessment;⑤provide timely and reliable information to help leaders to make a decision.
