| Power line carrier(PLC)communication technology is a kind of communication mode which uses power lines as channels for data transmission,and it has great virtues like low cost,convenience and efficiency.With the rapid development of network technology and information technology,the high-speed power line communication that using low-power line has been a hot spot of research and engineering application at home and abroad.This thesis studies and designs the power line carrier used in high-speed PLC networking.This thesis firstly introduces the basic principle of power line communication,meanwhile the power line modem IT900 and the Ethernet interface module MiiNePort E1 are introduced.Then,the hardware circuit based on the modem in the power line carrier is designed,includes: interface circuit of IT900 and MiiNePort E1,system side digital interface circuit,analog input/output circuit,power supply circuit and so on.The system side can choose two ways: Ethernet communication and serial communication.This thesis specially designs an analog output circuit to improve the transmission distance.The RC filter is designed to filter the high harmonic components,and the prime amplifier uses a common emitter amplifier with high magnification,the power amplifier uses the OTL circuit of class A and class B with high efficiency.The input filter uses RC filter,the resistance value and the capacitance value of this filter should be selected to ensure that the signal in the FCC band or CA band can pass through the filter.Besides,the power supply circuit mainly uses LDOs to obtain stable voltage output.After complete the design,production and test of Ethernet interface carrier,this thesis introduces a network test combined with the embedded software in the laboratory.The test mainly completes the system parameter settings,network settings,power line settings,and realize the application functions defined in the power telecontrol communication protocol,such as: total call,remote control,remote modulation,etc.At the same time,the receiving/sending packet number,lost packet number and the delay are counted and displayed.The results show that the hardware can realize the configuration and management between the master station to slave station,and complete the full communication process. |
