In the 21st century,a new wave of military revolution is rising up in our army with the kernel of informatization technique, the character of informatization weaponry and the target of informatization military construction for informatization war. Logistics informatization plays an important role in informatization construction in our army. Meanwhile future logistics is the key of victory. To improve the level of logistics informatization and logistics training in our army and realize military-civilian integration, it is important to develop a directing and adjusting system for logistical exercise.In the thesis, according to the actual demand of integrated drilling in our college,a set of directing and adjusting system for integration drilling is analyzed and designed based on B/S structure. After satisfying design requirement of integration drilling,the system provides a quite complete informatization maneuvering platform for every operating division of integration drilling, which makes coordination among superiors and service departments in varied disciplines easy. It also assists information unit, oil unit and accommodation unit in provision.The research background, purpose and significance of the logistical exercise directing and adjusting system are discussed firstly. Then the principle and correlation technique about system development are introduced. The demand analysis of the logistical exercise directing and adjusting system are explored in-depth. Furthermore, the status and effect of the directing and adjusting system, the setting of director organization, the effect of directing department in exercise project, the integration training of operation and logistics are analyzed emphatically. Based on the investigation of information and function demand in integration drilling, the overall design proposal of the system is put forward. According to the function requirements of the practical logistical exercise,the primary function and auxiliary function of the logistical exercise directing and adjusting system are designed. work flow technique are introduced emphatically into task flow monitor.Major techniques involved in the system are introduced, and B/ S system structure is introduced into the system development technical structure. Visual Studio.Net 2002 is adopted as the development tool for the system, and implementation language is C#. SQL Server database is adopted to store information. Five modules, namely information center, message delivery, control of directing and adjusting, operation flow and system management, are designed and realized.Finally, presentation with graphs and texts about two main modules is provided. Functional analysis flow chart and data base design of every module is shown in details.
