Research And Development Of The Measurement And Control System For The Integrated Practical Training Device In Mechanical Electronics And Pneumatics

With the popularization and application of Mechatronics and Pneumatic integration technology,the society is in urgent need of application-oriented talents.The curriculum theory and some experiments in our school are not closely related to the actual engineering,the training platform is single and the utilization efficiency is not obvious enough,In order to provide our students with a training platform for the comprehensive application of electrical and mechanical knowledge,at the same time,let students perceive the automatic production process.we designed and developed a set of integrated Mechatronics and Pneumatic Technology training device.This system adopts an open and modular structure,integrates various technologies such as machinery,electrical,PLC control,pneumatic control,sensor detection,etc.It simulates the automated production line of modern enterprises.In order to train students' professional knowledge,the system is designed as PLC network control.It realizes the function of sorting the workpiece by color from the expected handling to the completion of the assembly.The upper computer realizes monitoring and command,while the lower machine(PLC)receives field signals and controls the work of each unit.Control method adopts distributed interconnection control method,each working unit is controlled by a PLC,and the serial communication between each PLC is designed as RS485.In order to judge the motion position of the object,the state of the object,the color and material of the material,etc.,a variety of sensors are adopted.The actuator is mainly pneumatic actuator.According to the practical needs,each work unit of the system can be used independently or operated online.Through this system,students can conduct practical training such as programmable controller programming,electrical control circuit,mechanical system installation and debugging,system maintenance and fault detection.Through two terms of students training practice,the system functions are reasonable,the students use the system to get a very close to the actual production line equipment of teaching environment,at the same time,It can exercise its comprehensive application ability.The system has good expansion performance,can be supplemented and expanded with the development of technology and practical training,and it can be further promoted,with certain market potential,but also produce certain economic benefits.
