Such system is the normative Three-layer B/S structure with all the application system fixed in the server.Along with analyzing the requirement of OA system in the pricing industry, the design of OA will be elaborated and its designing formula will be brought forward. The potential functions will be illustrated after the successful establishment of the system. In conclusion, OA brings about a highly efficient way out to work of pricing industry and a modern information platform will be formed at last.
