In this paper, we modify the model, which is built by others, of Human-Board system of springboard diving. In the view of biomechanics and biomathematics, we build the simple model with pivot and 4-rigid model, and make further analysis. So we get more practical and better results. At the same time, we optimize the model by the method of dynamic programming. During the procedure of optimization, because of the independency of each control variable, we optimize all control variables simultaneously and get better results.Also in this paper, we modify the control function object function and the separation condition of system, and point out more precise and more correct conditions. In the view of material mechanics and structural mechanics, we analyze the results we get and make them more persuaded.Finally, we design and develop the 3-dimensional simulation system of springboard diving. Through the lively show of the action of taking-off, we can directly get the influence of each parameter and make it convenient to make technology decision and instruct exercise.
