Research And Implement Of The Industrial And Commercial Administrations Enterprises Information Query System

With the development of the e-government, Industrial and Commercial Administrations at all levels have increased the construction of the administration informalization. As the differentiations of the technical standards, hardware and software platforms, massive distribution of heterogeneous data source have been formed, which induced such issues as massive information sharing, integrating and departmental cooperation, when it comes to the enterprises information query all over the country. As a result, it has great significance to effectively solve the problem of data integrating and sharing under the distributed heterogeneous data environment. The main contributions of this paper are as follows:1. In accordance with the deficiency of the traditional heterogeneous information integration frame and the comparative research on the heterogeneous information integration technology ,this paper proposes a new framework of heterogeneous data integration, using snow-like topology structure. This frame can be expanded into multilevel data exchange network, and achieves distributed data sharing on the basis of Data Exchange sub-system with Web Services, using Data Transform sub-system to transform the heterogeneous data, which simplifies the information integration and promotes the efficiency of consultation.2. Based on the requirement analysis of the Industrial and Commercial Administration Enterprise Information Query System (I&C Administration EIQS), this paper proposes the principles and object of the system construction, and designs the system's hierarchy, network structure and security .In the end ,the constitutions and function of the system is proposed.3. This paper provides a detailed description of the I&C Administration EIQS. This system supports all kind of databases, facilitates visualization of customizing transform process, optimizes the data transform largely, designs unified data structure for the database.4. The J2EE has been selected as the achieving platform of the I&C Administration EIQS in the dissertation, and the concrete implementation of two key subsystem has been described, that is Data Transform subsystem and Data Exchange subsystem. In the end, an example of the system operation has been demonstrated.
