The National Economy Mobilization(NEM) is a complex project of systems engineering, which involves economy, telecommunication, and medical health and so on. During the peacetime, simulation and training for the NEM Pre-draft is important for the preparation of economy mobilization, by which the NEM Pre-draft and training for related staff could be examined and improved. The NEM Pre-draft Hospital Simulation and Training(S&T) System belong to a distributed system; the system describes the hospital entity, which is a part of NEM Pre-draft Training system. The Hospital S&T System is analyzed, designed and implemented according to such methods as Unified Modeling Language(UML), Rational Unified Process(RUP); The application of High Level Architecture (HLA) to the system is also discussed. These are also meaningful for guiding the development of some similar distributed systems.The first part of this thesis analyses the Hospital S&T System, introduces some related concepts of Medical Mobilization in the NEM and HLA and support of UML and RUP in distributed simulation systems. The business model of the Medical Mobilization Task and the relationship between hospital entity and other entities are discussed. The system function module and the Use Case model of the Hospital S&T system with UML are established, finishing the first step of RUP's Inception phase.Secondly, this thesis designs the systematic dynamic models based on business model and Use Case model in the system, the methods of RUP's Elaboration phase and the dynamic and static modeling methods of UML. These dynamic models include Entity Initialization model, Task Reception and Display model, Medical Select model, Medical Gathering model and Task Achievement model. The system's interactive and internal events and interaction classes are designed then. The database, the hospital entity S&T application, HLA/RTI interaction class and interface class diagrams are also proposed by UML in this section.The last part of this thesis describes the technical applications of the system coding process in the RUP's Construction phase, such as the implementation of RTI's API in the S&T system, data storage methods, selection of the interface of the database, and simulation drive; then an example of the Hospital S&T System based on object oriented method is proposed.
