Power Circuit is an important component of the driver. The quality of the Power Circuit affects the performance of the driver. At present, the typical detecting method is artificial-detecting. For this method is slow and inefficient, so it can't ensure the accuracy of measure. For this reason,a quality detection system for Driver Power Circuit is researched in this thesis.Firstly, the development of quality detection system is introduced. Then, Based on analyzing the operation principle of the power circuit board,the design of the system is present. Two grades control mode is applied in the system .Top level is the PC, low is the detection equipment. The hardware structure and function can be upgraded on-line .the system also has a good maintainability. The monitoring software is designed with Visual Basic 6.0.Its functions include data inquiring, historical statement etc. The core of detecting system is TMS320LF2407A DSP,which is mainly responsible for detecting multiplex signal and data processing. It can transfer the data information through serial communication to the pc for display. Finally, the hardware and software design of detecting system are detailed. The hardware designing include the DSP module,A/D module,Signal Processing module,Serial Communication module. The software design include DSP program,analog signal collecting program,digital signal collecting program,serial communication program.The experimental results have proved that the detecting system achieved semiautomatic detection and eliminate the error which made by human and save time. So, this detecting system has some practicality and popularized value.
