Reserch And Development Of Total Quality Management System For Enterprises Of Fasteners

Along with the rapid development of global competition and informationization of manufacturing industry, the higher requirements for the quality management have been presented in enterprises. Total Quality Management has been accepted and emphasized by more and more enterprises. Meanwhile, they extend the quality management from traditional quality information management to integrated management of all affecting factors during the total life cycle of products. Quality information system is one of power tools to utilize quality control, quality management and make decisions for the corporation. It is a very important way for enterprises to use the Total Quality Management to build quality information system.This article focuses on "Research and Development of Total Quality Management System for enterprises of Fasteners ", discusses the background, technology and implementation of Total Quality Management, R&D the supportive software system and its application.The whole thesis is divided into six chapters:Chapter one illustrates the development of quality management, focusing on the general research situation of TQM. Later the research status and developing trend ofIQS are discussed and analyzed. Then we introduce our research topic --Researchand Development of Total Quality Management System for enterprises of Fasteners bases on the illustration of recent development situation of enterprise of Fasteners in china.Requirement analysis and function modeling will be discussing in Chapter two , firstly, we focus on the traits analysis of quality management in enterprises of Fasteners and the key process and quality characteristics of Fastener manufacturing. secondly, according to above-mentioned analysis, the function requirement were separately analyzed .lastly, how to build function modeling is illustratedIn Chapter three , we will design logic model in different stages of Product Life Cycle with IDEF1X modeling method first and then the physical database。Chapter four firstly explains the importance of the management of product's traceability in enterprises of Fasteners。Secondly., does some essential analysis to the relevant connotation on Fastener's traceability。Thirdly analyses the batch tracing method and management outline of the traceability management in enterprises of Fasteners。Lastly explains the work-process of Total Quality Management System for enterprises of Fasteners in enterprises of Fasteners based on the illustration that the integration between Total Quality Management System and quality traceability information system is possible and feasible。Chapter five begins with the introduction of development environment. Then design the database of the system with SQLServer. In the end, introduce the development and application of the system.Finally, chapter six makes a conclusion of the whole dissertation and puts forward the future research in this field.
