The Study Of PDM Classified Management And CAD Characteristic Parameters Integrated

PDM classified management is a universal concern in current society and economic construction of all nations. Traditional PDM classified management can't satisfy the need of modern machinery manufacturing because of the simple structure, low efficiency and lack of capability. CAD system is an indispensable tool for the industry of machinery manufacturing, especially 3D, because it has the merits of high level of visibility, direct view and high design efficiency and also provides information about design, craft and manufacturing for every step of digitalizing of industry. In order to enhance the rate of part reuse, reduce diversity and browse easily ,it is important that PDM classified management and CAD characteristic parameters can be integrated well.The integration of PDM classified management and CAD characteristic parameters was studied and designed combined with the actual situation of domestic research, based on the investigations of the PDM classified management, CAD characteristic parameters and relevant technology at home and abroad in this paper.The system can achieve PDM classified management and CAD data sharing and increase management efficiency.So the detail work as below:(1) Studied the concept and features of the PDM classified management, CAD characteristic parameters, the research situation at home and abroad and the related technologies of achieving integration. Also expounded the content and significance of the research. (2) Researched on the significance of the analysis of the system functional requirements, the principle of overall structure design and system integration combined with the actual situation of domestic research. Realize overall design of system.(3) By analysising the existing coding system and the existing problems of traditional coding system ,studied and achieved the flexible classification and coding system based on internal and external codes.(4) Studied deeply the integrated methods, integrated mode and how the functional modules of PDM and CAD, so as to achieve the PDM and CAD data sharing and increase management efficiency.(5) Achieved the necessary interface design and the system log-in and write-off, according to the basic principles of interface design and the choice of development tools.(6) Studied deeply the choice of the database, database access and storage, as well as how to establish a reasonable parts library with parameterization.Finally, summed up the full paper and made a prospect of the next work...
