With the continuous change of communication technology,the trend of miniaturization and portability in the future wireless communication field is unstoppable.Therefore,the size and performance of the receiving module in the spectrum monitoring equipment are also facing a great test.The microwave and radio frequency module using LTCC technology can easily achieve the design targets of low cost,high performance and small size,not only that,but also shorten the design cycle of the whole module to a certain extent.On the basis of LTCC technology,this paper designs and implements the preferred filter of the front-end of spectrum analyzer.The low-pass and band-pass filters are realized by lumped parameter design and distributed parameter design.The main work of this paper is as follows:The filter implemented by the built-in integration has the advantages of small size and high stability.The main work of this paper is:Firstly,the process flow,process characteristics and practical application fields of LTCC technology are briefly summarized,and the progress of filter design based on LTCC technology is summarized and analyzed.According to the basic theory of filter and related technical indicators of this topic,the filter design index finally determines the overall scheme for designing and implementing the LTCC filter from both the lumped parameters and the distributed parameters.Secondly,the research design of the buried L/C component in the lumped parameter LTCC is analyzed and summarized in detail,followed by determining the low-pass prototype circuit,synthesizing the initial values of each L/C component,and then using the embedded The specific scheme realizes the LTCC intermediate frequency low-pass filter of DC~2GHz and DC~3GHz under the lumped parameter mode,and finally carries out simulation and optimization improvement to reach the design index.Then,the traditional comb line filter design method is deeply analyzed and summarized,and the prototype circuit and equivalent circuit of the three-layer folding line structure are understood.The filter order is determined by the design target,and the Chebyshev prototype circuit is integrated into each L/ The initial value of the C component,and the physical size and spatial position of the resonator unit are calculated by the comb line filter design method,and finally the five LTCC medium frequency band pass filters under the 4~8 GHz distribution parameter are realized.Finally,based on the design of the bandpass filter in the distribution parameter LTCC,considering the electromagnetic compatibility and multi-field coupling problem,the design and implementation of the dual-band and multi-band built-in integrated LTCC filter is realized.
