The continuously development of technology requires improvement of data acquisition. In some applications, the equipment not only needs the ability to collect signal stably, but also needs the ability to control, and can achieve the target of remote control. Along with the development of design and manufacture technology, molectron already run to IP's integration now, which is namely design technology of SoC(system on a chip). SoC technology can improve the performance localization caused by the delay, which brought on signals passes in and out chips, and enhance system's reliability and reduces the total cost. The embedded system is one of most popular advanced technology, the embedded technology taken into data acquisition system can greatly improve system's quality of real-time and agility, meet the increasingly demand of measure. Based on such reasons, this thesis designs data acquisition for refractory proportioning system, by applying advanced SoC and embedded technology.The data acquisition introduced in this thesis takes the SoC of C8051F064 as hardware core, porting the Small RTOS51 as software platform, and it is low cost and good practicability. First, based on analyzing the data acquisition's functional requirement, the electrical and functional characteristic is proposed. Then, the procedure of analysis and design for the control platform, hardware structure and software implementation is described in detail in this article. The schematic diagram and the PCB breadboard are presented after the general plan of hardware. After that, the porting process of Small RTOS51 on C8051F064 is introduced, the testing results of the successfully ported Small RTOS51 are also discussed.During the propress of program development, follow the data acquisition's functional requirement, the functions of gathering analog data and controlling switching value are carried out. The data acquisition apparatus can gather 2-way 0~2.5V voltage, support 8-way switching value in and 8-way switching value out. The RTU communication mode of MODBUS is realized. So the status data can upload conveniently and it is also rapid to control the apparatus. In addition, the function of work parameter's local setting and querying is realized, two work modes are offered, which enriched the apparatus's function. Finally, by repeat testing under laboratory condition, the data acquisition apparatus is proved to be steady and unfailing.
