In order to integrate internal information resources and ensure the uniform between the system data ,realize the coorperation between users , system design ,support the company manager revolution and leader's decision , we advance to build a new corporation operation cooperation platform ,to harmonize every application system resource, fulfill long time development on operation ,conform with national regulation requirement.Through the establishment of e-work platform, integrated enterprise application system, make full use of existing IT investment ,on the other hand ,to facilitate the integration the information system in the future , enhance the return rate of investment on company informationization , reduce the risk of the company integration . Through establish the operation cooperation platform , it will realize the parallel design ensure the digital analysis and simulation on products, simulation experiment and virtual manufacturing , support the operation during the design process , ensure the unobstructed of digital design and manufacturing process and the data, fulfill lean manufacturing requirement , achieve collaborative work pattern with upstream and downstream firms, achieve the aim of associated development and enhance the development capability.The project has been processed deeply requirement analysis, detailed system design ,carry into execution effectively ,and high intensity system test . We set several milestone to manager the project effectively.Requirement analysis include: function requirement and product choose .function requirement: Through detailed investigation and analysis on application ,form the requirement report of comprehensive cooperation platform . product choose: Through inquiry,investigate and test on related software ,choose the IBM WebSphere Portal,IBM Tivoli Access Manager,IBM Web Content Manager(WCM),IBM Tivoli Access Manager for e-Business(SSO),IBM Tivoli Identity Manager,IBM Tivoli Directory Server and the product under geer certification according to requirement. Process corresponding development , combine with actual information system situation, to complete the function of company comprehensive operation coorperation platform. Conclusively,we take the investigate way combine with theory and actual ,investigate and developthe platform and its key technology. We establish the project team, practice at department which actually run informationization , make detailed requirement investigation and analysis, combine with the function of IBM WebSphere Portal,form the requirement report, form the whole design scheme of the comprehensive cooperation platform. Establish the software and hardware system , fulfill company resource integration and cooperate work between each system.System design include: system general framework design,system framework design, system general framework design is the system framework which apply J2EE standard.
